More About Vera

Author Vera Murrell-Isom is the oldest daughter of Louis Sr and Atherline Murrell. She grew up in a small town in Manatee County, called Rubonia, in Florida. She presently lives in Palmetto, Florida. She is married to her husband, Jerome. She has three adult children and seven grandchildren. She attended schools in Manatee County and graduated in 1981. She is proud and humble to be the 1st of her seven siblings to earn a college degree. Her achievement through an educational journey of life challenges and struggles, she earned her degree in Education at the University of South Florida Sarasota/Tampa in 2004. From a Paraprofessional to an Elementary Classroom Teacher, she passionly and diligently served for 25 years. As a genuine woman with a vision and divine purpose, she propels in excellence to fulfill her entrepreneur endeavor as well as to mentor writers, tutor youth, and motivate people to BE A Better You, A Talented Masterpiece!
